License for music in sports facilities
For public performance of Music in sports facilities open to the public, e.g. swimming pools, ice rinks or ski slopes, the Licensee pays a fee to Stim as set out below.

Reproductions
For copying, transferring or storing music e.g. CDs or other media used in the sports facility, the Licensee pays a fee of 100 kr per copy. Recordings mixing advertising and music require a special permit.
The Licensee shall pay the fee according to the band shown in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement. The License Confirmation or Special Agreement also states whether the Licensee shall pay the fee in advance or in arrears. If the Licensee is to pay in arrears there are special rules on Reporting in the General Terms.
