If your Stim compensation is missing
Has your music been played without you receiving Stim payments for it? Here you can read about the rules that apply and how to submit a claim for missing compensation.
If you find an error or something missing in the payment you received from Stim, you can submit a so-called claim. After you have read the information on this page and want to submit a claim, log in to My Pages and go to the menu Missing payment.
Keep in mind that natural delays can occur, resulting in a later Stim payout. Causes for delays can be for instance that we have not been paid by the person who used your music or that we are missing reports for a live performance.
Read through the following criteria before submitting your claim
- You must have registered your musical work with Stim via My Pages.
- You must be able to show, with documentation, that the performance you are missing compensation for took place. Example documentation is for instance a link to the relevant radio station's playlist regarding a concert program.
- Double-check that the time period when the work of music was performed has been included in one of Stim's previous payouts. In our overview for we list both the time period and the music area.
- You must ensure that the final claims date has not passed.
- To be able to claim missing Stim compensation, the amount for the performance must be worth 200 SEK or more.
Other criteria or requirements than those mentioned above may apply if Stim deems them relevant to the claim.
