License for music on trains
2026
For public performance of Music on board trains, the Licensee shall pay 175 kronor per carriage per month.
The Licensee shall pay the fee according to the interval stated in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement. The License Confirmation or Special Agreement also states whether the Licensee shall pay the fee in advance or in arrears. If the Licensee is to pay in arrears, there are special rules regarding Reporting in the General Terms and Conditions.
2025
For public performance of Music on board trains, the Licensee shall pay 174 kronor per carriage per month.
The Licensee shall pay the fee according to the interval stated in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement. The License Confirmation or Special Agreement also states whether the Licensee shall pay the fee in advance or in arrears. If the Licensee is to pay in arrears, there are special rules regarding Reporting in the General Terms and Conditions.
