Guide to My Pages
On My Pages you manage your organisation's music usage, report licenses and get a consolidated overview of your cases. Here we go through the most important features.
Manage your organisation – Customer profile
Under Customer profile you will find information related to your organisation:
- Address and billing settings – update address details and choose how invoices should be sent.
- Invoices and payments – view received invoices and their payment status.
- Contacts – add, edit or remove people who can log in to stim.se.
Licenses
Under Licenses you get an overview of all your licenses. Here you can:
- See license information and current terms.
- End licenses that are no longer needed.
- Update details that form the basis for billing.
- Add new licenses via our license shop.
Report music usage
Some licenses require you to report afterwards. Under Report you can:
- Provide information for licenses that are billed based on actual usage.
- Submit setlists for live events.
- See which reports are expected from you and receive reminders in good time.
Reporting on time helps us invoice correctly and ensures that the right compensation goes to the songwriters.
Has another organizer been responsible for an event?
Go to the tab Rentals on the license and fill in information about any collaboration with other organizers.
Report festivals
You can now report your festival directly on My Pages. When the festival has taken place, submit the report – quickly and easily.
You will receive the invoice within a few days and the compensation is paid out to the songwriters as soon as possible.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to Report and click on the license for the festival.
- If an event is already prepared, open it and complete or correct the details.
- If no event exists, create a new one.
What information do you need to provide?
- Festival name, date and location
- Artists and performance days
- Information about tickets – both sold and free admission
- Any foreign acts – don't forget to provide their setlists

Switch between multiple organisations
If you are a contact person for multiple companies or organisations, you can easily switch between them via the top menu in the top-right corner of the page.
Your profile
Click on the avatar in the top right to go to Profile. Here you can:
- Change your email address.
- Update your password.
