STIM Music Room

High up in the STIM building on Hornsgatan in Stockholm lies STIM Music Room – an entire floor dedicated to our STIM affiliates, with three studios and a co-working space that overlooks Tantolunden. Book a session for free in one of our studios, arrange a meeting, or settle down with a coffee in a comfy chair. You are warmly welcome to visit us at STIM!

We release studio slots two weeks in advance, and they can be reserved by logging into My Pages. New slots available on Mondays odd weeks at 10 AM. You can book up to two sessions every two-week period.

Co-working space

You can drop in here spontaneously without booking a time. In our spacious and inviting facilities, you can focus on your songwriting, hold meetings, or get together with industry colleagues and the STIM staff. Naturally, you can also access free coffee, tea, and Wi-Fi.

Monday – Thursday: 9 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday: 9 AM to 3:30 PM

Detailed information about our studio equipment

Studio A

Twenty-five square meters with space for five people. Soundproof and acoustically treated, well-suited for production, mixing, and recording vocals and instruments. With a fantastic view of Tantolunden.

Studio B

Nine square meters with space for three people. Acoustically treated, perfect for songwriting and demo recordings. View of Hornsgatan.

Please note: You need to bring your computer to work in Studio B.

Studio C

Twenty square meters with space for five people. Soundproof, floating construction, perfect for recording live instruments. View of Tantolunden.

How to find the Music Room

• Address: STIM building, Hornsgatan 103, 104 62 Stockholm
• Subway: Hornstull, exit Hornsbruksgatan
• Bus: Varvsgatan

Ring the doorbell when you arrive at the entrance hall on the ground floor, then take the stairs to the reception to register yourself and any guests. You will receive a keycard from the reception and take the elevator to the 8th floor and STIM Music Room.

STIM's popup studios

We continuously work with different studio complexes in Sweden and abroad, where STIM affiliates may book music studios for free. These opportunities are available during limited periods, and we will inform you through our channels when a new studio offer is available.
